Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences is a public research oriented health sciences institute located in Islamabad, Pakistan. This hospital is a government funded tertiary-level hospital facility that was first established in 1985. PIMS Hospital Islamabad offers a wide range of services and also houses a well-equipped laboratory, pharmacy, a fully equipped radiology unit, 203 beds in the children’s hospital wing, 22 fully functional operating theaters, separate labor delivery suites, and an extensive cardiac unit.
