Around 2000 cases have been reporting from last few weeks, but in last 24 hrs nearly 1000 new cases are reported. Government strategy of smart lock down is effective to control corona virus cases. There is also a gradual decline in number of deaths, nearly 70% of patients have recovered so far. According to official statistics, the country has so far done over 1.75 million tests for the virus.
