Driving License Issuance Management System (DLIMS) Phase-II automates the processes for driving license issuance, renewal and upgrades. These activities are carried out throughout the province of Punjab. This system provides quick processing service to public and up to date statistics to the authorities by using state of the art technology and equipment. The system redefines the issuance process of all types of licenses by using a centralized network.
You must be 18 years to apply for driving licence and for LTV(Rikshaw, Taxi, Commercial) is 21 years
Required Documents for Learner License
- 1- A copy of valid C.N.I.C
- 2- A Ticket of Rs.60 from any Post Office.
- 3- Get a Code Book of Traffic Rules & Regulation from Traffic Police Office.
- 4- Medical Certificate (by Authorized Medical Practitioner)
You can visit personally any Licensing Center to apply for driving licence.
Required documents to apply for permanent driving licence
- 1- Application Form (A) within FileCover
- 2- Original Learner Permit of at least 6 weeks.
- 3- Medical Certificate
- 4- 3 Passport size fresh Photo Graphs (Attested)
- 5- An Attested Copy of C.N.I.C.
- 6- Paste a Ticket of Mentioned Fee on Licence Document
Required documents for international licence
- 1- Required International Application Form within FileCover
- 2- An attested copy of C.N.I.C.
- 3- A copy of Valid Driving License
- 4- A copy of Pakistani Passport valid
- 5- 2 attested photo graph (Passport Size)
- 6- Rs. 66 Court Fee Ticket.
Note:Applicant will bring his original C.N.I.C, Driving License and Passport with him.
Required documents for duplicate licence
- 1- Required Duplicate Application Form within FileCover
- 2- An attested copy of C.N.I.C.
- 3- 2 Attested fresh Photographs (Passport size).
- 4- Report from Computer section which expresses the expiry date of license.
- 5- FIR (Lost License report) of the Police Station.
- 6- Tickets will be pasted according to the schedule.
Required documents for Renewal of licence
- 1- Required Application Form E within FileCover
- 2- 2 Photo Graph Passport Size
- 3- A copy of NIC
- 4- Original Driving License
- 5- Medical Report
- 6- A Ticket of relevant License
Required Documents for Endorsement of a License
- 1- Endorsement Form
- 2- A Copy of Medical Certificate.
- 3- A Copy of N.I.C.
- 4- 2 Attested Fresh Photographs.
- 5- Original Learner Permit of at least Six Weeks.
- Driving Tickets According to Schedule.
- 1st license will be attached.
