Eligibility Criteria

Graduate Programs

• 16 years of Education at the time of Admission (Those awaiting result may also apply)
• Undergraduate CGPA 2.5 or more
• KMAT/GMAT/GRE/GAT General
• Must have 5 years of professional experience required (Only for EMBA)

Undergraduate Programs

• 12 years of Education at the time of Admission (Those awaiting result may also apply)
• This includes HSSC (min. 60% marks), A-Levels (Minimum one B and 2 Cs) or Equivalent & IB

• KMAT (KSBL Management Admission Test). NTS, GAT, GRE, GMAT are also accepted
• Interview by KSBL Admission Committee

Undergraduate Programs

• KUAT (KSBL Undergraduate admission test). SAT Score is also accepted

Guidelines for Migration and Transfer of Credits:

1. Migration of the students from other HEIs to KSBL in all kinds of Academic Programs shall be held on the following grounds:

• Migration to KSBL shall only be allowed from the HEC-recognized HEIs.
• The program from where migration is held is unfinished.
• The migrating student has met the KSBL admission requirements.
• The CGPA of the applicant at the time of migration is not less than 2.5.
• The applicant has sufficient academic time at the KSBL to complete the remaining program within the maximum duration.

2. Transfer of credits for the incoming students shall be decided on a course-to-course basis depending upon the degree of similarity of the contents of the courses.
3. No credit hour of a course shall be transferred if the grade is less than C for undergraduate programs and C+ for MBA/MS programs.
4. The maximum transfer of credit shall not be more than 50% of the total credits in the program to which the transfer is sought.
5. If the transfer of credits is approved, the student’s final Transcript shall be endorsed with the words “Credits Transferred or TR” in the result column.
6. The credits transferred shall not be counted in calculating the CGPA of the student.
7. The migrated students shall not be eligible for an Academic Honor & Award.
