Aziz Bhatii Shaheed Hospital is the largest public hospital located in Bhimber Road near Khursheed Colony, Mamada, Gujrat. The District Health Quarter Hospital Gujrat was established in 1963 and renamed after Major Aziz Bhatti Shaheed in 1966 as Aziz Bhatti Shaheed Hospital, Gujrat. The hospital has 500 beds.
This is the only public hospital providing health care facilities to the local people and also of the people of neighbouring districts and towns such as Bhimber, Mandi Bahauddin and Wazirabad. This hospital is also providing routine care services to the prisoners of District Jail, Gujrat. The Pakistan Medical and Dental Council has recognised the hospital for house-job training.
