One of the most beautiful natural lake located in Skardu, Gilgit-Baltistan, Pakistan. The lake covered an area of 2.5 km square. It is situated an elevation of 2636 meters. Downstream of the lake supplies water to Skardu Valley. Satpara Dam constructed in 2014 by DESCON Engineering Limited is a medium-size multi-purpose concrete-faced earth-filled dam also located at downstream of Satpara Lake.
Water inside the lake mainly come through glaciers of deosai planes. Hotel Summit & Restaurant is located close to this area. Food Street and Dewanekhas Restaurant are ready to serve visitors with delicious local foods.
