In order to see the festival and dances it is better to stay overnight at Bumburat. There are shops that are selling Kalash traditional caps and clothes. There is an open compound where at night during the festival dances take place.

It takes about 3 hrs to get to the village from Ayun fort Inn. In some places the road is a single track and jeeps have to give way by reversing. If we have heavy traffic as during a festival then it can take much longer.
